A Vegan's Guide to Multivitamins in the UK

If you eat plant-based, a multivitamin is about covering the nutrients that are harder to get. Things to look for:

- No gelatine — choose a pectin gummy.

- B12, vitamin D and iodine — nutrients many plant-based eaters keep an eye on.
